By bidding on and purchasing the contents of any storage unit at this facility, Bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Bidder is the successful bidder for the contents of the unit only and has no rights of tenancy to the storage space itself. This purchase is governed by both the facility's Auction Rules and a separate Bidder Storage Agreement & Release, which Bidder must sign at the time of purchase for each unit won.
Bidder must remove all purchased property from the unit by the deadline stated in the signed Bidder Storage Agreement & Release, and must leave the unit in clean condition. Bidder may place a lock on the unit until that deadline.
Any property not removed by the stated deadline automatically becomes the sole property of Saf Keep Self Storage – San Ramon - CA, to keep, sell, or otherwise dispose of. All sums paid by Bidder, including the deposit, are forfeited in that event, and Bidder waives any right or claim to the property or funds and agrees to hold Saf Keep Self Storage – San Ramon - CA harmless from any related claims or disposal costs.
Bidder has no right to exclusive occupancy of the unit before or after the removal deadline, and no consideration is given by either party for storage of the property during that period.
This agreement is not assignable or transferable. Any breach may result in daily damages at the facility's then-current market rate for the unit, plus attorney's fees and court costs incurred in enforcement.
If Bidder purchases more than one unit, a separate Bidder Storage Agreement & Release must be signed for each unit.
Note: All terms listed below are superceded by any facility or auction terms listed above.
This unit has a 2 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days claim the unit. Upon claiming the contents you must remove everything by the end of that office day. All pickups must occur during facility office hours.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit
Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday ,9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday
