Once paid, you will have one (1) scheduled day per container purchased to empty contents. • Scheduling is based on location availability. Removal of contents is permitted only during facility operating hours. • NO SAME DAY ACCESS PERMITTED, and no access at all until payment is made by calling the 855-205-6203. • Containers are stored in a warehouse and requires 24 hours advance notice before emptying the container. For example, if you call on Monday you can have access Tuesday. • Valid Photo I.D. with a name matching one of the authorized pick up persons on the invoice must be provided to facility manager. • Bidder forfeits all rights to all goods not removed by close of business on scheduled day, and agrees that Pods Enterprises, LLC may, at its election, resell or dispose of unit contents without further notice to the bidder or any refund of monies paid. • Bidder must remove all items from the unit and leave the unit in a broom swept condition. No exceptions. This must be completed to be eligible for the return of your deposit. • You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents. • You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters. • Smoking is prohibited on the property. • Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. • No pets allowed at facility. • Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times. • All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. • You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. • The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the payment to PODS is received from the bidder, unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws. • Sales are not concluded until payment is complete and tenant accounts are verified for any payments received prior to the transaction with winning bidder at the property. • PODS Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any damage/injury to persons or property that occurs during, after, or as a result of, participating in the sale of the unit. • PODS Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to null and void the auction and sale of any unit for any reason • Bidder shall return all photos, documents (e.g., birth certificates and passports), and other personal items, such as urns, to the facility office. • Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. • Storage Treasures has final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use. • All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility for any reason. Any violation of the above terms or the terms expressed by any PODS employee may result in bidders being banned from future sales.
