Facility Terms and Conditions
Buyer must pay the full amount and clear the unit out within 3 days. Acceptable payment methods : Visa, MasterCard, E-transfer Buyer must arrange for pickup 24 hours prior to arriving at the facility - pickup appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by Storage Solutions. The unit can only be emptied during office hours Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm. There is a $200 refundable deposit that must be left prior to gaining access to the unit. The deposit will be only refunded if the unit is emptied and cleaned completely.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Visa, or Mastercard, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer
