**PLEASE NOTE - THE PAPERWORK IS AT THE OKLAHOMA TAX COMMISSION FOR REVIEW. THE APPROVED PAPERWORK IS SUPPOSED TO BE RECEIVED BY THE FACILITY IN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF JANUARY. WE WILL CALL THE WINNING BIDDER ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PAPERWORK TO PICK UP SO THAT THEY CAN TAG AND TITLE THE BOAT. THE WINNING BIDDER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAG/TITLE THE BOAT UNTIL THIS PAPERWORK IS RECEIVED.
All payments must be made in cash only. All items sold as-is with no representation or warranties. You will be allowed to empty unit by appointment and during normal office hours only. We will allow 3 business days to clear out unit and clean. The Unit must be left broom clean with all items removed no later than the deadline stated above. All deposit amounts shall be retained by Facility Management if unit is not left in this state. The winning bidder, to the maximum extent permitted by law, release the property owner, its manager, agents, employees, officer, shareholder and directors from any and all claims, causes of action or damages of any type arising in any way out of the use or entry onto the property.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit in cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
