*All contents are sold “as is” and by unit only. Owner neither warrants title to any items sold and does not make any expressed or implied warranties to any items sold. This sale may be withdrawn at any time without notice, up to the moment funds are received by the winning bidder. Please visit www.Bid13.com for further details and video of contents. Once the unit(s) is (are) sold and funds received, items must be removed within 72 hours. A cleaning deposit of $150 cash is required but will be returned once the unit is clean and swept. Dumping or Trash Removal is NOT Available on Site. All items must be removed off property. Highest bidder may sign a new rental agreement and store items in that unit upon approval by owner.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $150 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
