There are a number of different reasons why auctions get cancelled but the most common one is that, the lien tenant has come in to pay their outstanding balance. Facility Terms and Conditions
1) This public sale is being conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. 2) Cash payment required. Exact change required. 3) Winning Bidder is required to come to the facility in person with valid photo ID, and sign and abide by the facility’s Public Sale Buyer Agreement before receiving access to the unit. After Winning Bidder signs and pays all amounts due, an Alternate Pickup Contact can assist the Winning Bidder in completing the cleanout. 4) Winning Bidder agrees to haul all unit contents away and complete all cleanout activities before 5pm on Saturday (3 days) after close of bidding. There is no on-site trash disposal. If Winning Bidder encounters any items which cannot legally be sold, those items are not included in the sale, but it is the sole responsibility of the Winning Bidder to properly dispose of those items. 5) Cleaning Deposits are returned to Winning Bidder in person at the facility after all cleanout activities are completed. Deposits will not be returned to another individual, representative or alternate.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
