The renter of this unit has passed away. His Widow now lives out of state and has directed Home Town Storage LLC to auction the unit contents instead of her moving them and paying past due rent, so this unit will sell. The renter was a racer at Langley speedway and had a small business selling automotive, ATV, and snowmobile parts and household items on craigslist and ebay. This unit was his storage for these activities. The renter built wood shelving in this unit that extends all the way up to the roof peak. The winning bidder will need a step ladder to remove all items from this unit (there is a ladder in the unit, but it is old and not stable). Bidders should look closely at the cardboard boxes on the top shelf as some appear to be empty, as if saved for shipping purposes. The winning bidder has the option of leaving the installed shelving in place or dismantling the shelving (provided the storage unit walls are not damaged). The winning bidder must provide a $150 cleaning deposit. The floors must be swept clean (existing oil stains do not need to be removed). The winning bidder must remove all trash from the unit. There is no garbage service at this storage facility so the winning bidder must haul everything away. The winning bidder must sign a storage lease before entering the unit and will have free rent through Sunday, October 6th, to remove the unit contents.
